In the tariff section you can find updated tariff terms of electricity and gas regulated markets as indicated by Electricity Energy, Gas and Water System Authority (AEEGSI). In the electricity section you can find the new tariffs you can get if electricity meter is used to produce heat through heat pumps. You can also find recommendations and forms to benefit from this opportunity and direct heating tariffs. The authomatic Customer Center Service is open everyday 24 hours on 24. The Electricity, Gas and Water System Authority opted for some misures to stop the growing phenomenon of no requested electricity and gas deals by unfair companies. In particular it has officially instituted the reactivation procedure that allows customers to ask for the cancellation of the no requested deal and get back to your previous supplier without any costs.

Regulatory framework

All Customers are important to us. Thanks to our public service origins, we’ve reached a culture of awareness and careness for our Customers to whom we feel obligated to guarantee clarity and transparency. In spite of Customer rights are widly laid down by the actual regulations, it’s not easy for a client to understand regulations and how to have laws implemented when problems with the supplier rise. For this reason the Electricity, Gas and Water System Authority (AEEGSI) has gathered all the regulation sources and Customers rights in an illustrated volume that methodically and throughly illustrates the different situations in wich a Customer can enforce his rights and how to do.

The respect and honestly with regards to Customers are two of the distinctive elements of AGSM that appreciates initiatives like this that has the aim to make Customers known of their rights.

Electricity and Gas bonuses are important saving opportunities for the Customer to get substantial savings in the bills of light and gas. Agsm Energia credits the Bonus directly in the bill of all the Customers who have the necessary requisites established by AEEGSI.The people who deserve the Electric and Gas Bonus have to make a request following the procedure of the Electricity, Gas and Water System Authority.

Electricity Bonus

The Electric Energy Bonus consists in a discount on the bill for big families or for those people who have a salary lower than a threshold. It’s an important opportunity introduced by the Government and launched by Electric Energy, Gas and Water System Authority thanks to Italian Municipalities. Anyone who has thees requisites defined by AEEGSI can get a real saving on the electric energy bill. For more information click here.

Gas Bonus

The Gas Bonus consists in a discount on the bill for big families or for those people who have a salary lower than a threshold. It’s an important opportunity introduced by the Government and launched by Electric Energy, Gas and Water System Authority thanks to Italian Municipalities. Anyone who has these requisites defined by AEEGSI can get a real saving on the gas charge. For more information click here.

Every six months the Electricity, Gas and Water System Authority carries out an investigation about the Call Center quality as perceived by Customers of the major electricity and gas companies (the action is envisaged as provided for in article 30 of the “Integrated text for the regulation of the electricity and gas sales service quality”, annex to the decision of the Authority on 18 November 2008, ARG/com 164/08). Great results have been reached by our Call Center about the Customer perception of actual quality during the contact experience in the second quarter of 2015.

With the Decree n. 164/08 and Decrees n. 120/08 and 333/07, the Electricity, Gas and Water System Authority has defined specific and general standards of quality about gas and electricity Sales and Distribution Services. The aim of the regulation is to define obligatory, minimum and national standards for everybody in order to protect users and to improve the system.

To reduce the probability of accidents and to protect customers always better, the AEEGSI decided that sales companies have to verify that customers’ plant are certified by documents required by the “Decree of the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry for the Environment and the Protection of Natural and Marine Resources” before starting the gas supply; in particulary, the compliance certificate documents are very important. These documents, that must be released by the technician, certificate the correct execution of the plant and are for the purpose of guarantee complete safety of the plant

The TV fee in the bill.

The Stability Law of 2016 has defined that the Rai fee would be debited in the bill from the 1st of July 2016. The bill has been reduced at 100 euro a year and will be divided into 10 monthly instalments, except for the first year in wich all the previous instalments will be debited on the July bill.

Who has to pay the TV fee?

Everybody who has got one or more televisions. A single TV fee must be payed for all the televisions you or one of your family has; the same if the tv is in your own house or in others.

How is it debited?

The TV fee voice will be separeted and well noticeable respect to other voices in the bill. If you pay your bills directly by SEPA, the TV fee will be involved too.

If you don’t have a television?

You can ask the payment exemption following the procedure specified on the website CanoneRai.it

ATTENTION. AGSM is not allowed to gather the TV fee exemption requests.

In accordance with the Non payment Gas Integrated Text TIMG (Annex A to Decision ARG/gas 99/11 e s.m.i.) and the Non payment Electricity Integrated Text TIMOE (Annex A to Decision258/2015/R/com) in the case of non payment. AGSM Energia after sending registered mail or certified email, has the right to proceed to suspend the supplying of gas and electricity to the point of delivery.

The Fuel Mix is the totality of primary energy sources used for the production of electricity supplied from the sales companies to customers. As laid down on 31 July 2009 by the Decree of Ministry of Economic Development, the electricity sales companies must provide information to customers about:
  • the primary energy sources mix
  • the enviromental impact of the electricity production, used to know to save electricity.

Everyone who uses gas provided by distribution and transport networks takes automatically advantage of a gas insurance coverage, as stated in the 191/2013/R/gas resolution of the Electricity, Gas and Water System Authority. The insurance coverage is effective on all over the Nation, for everyone eccept:

  • Methane Customers who are not families or residents and not persons who perform public service activities with an annual consumption over 200.000 cubic meters at standard conditions;
  • Traction Methane Customers.
